Moral Story Tenali Ramakrishna and Subba Sastry

Once, there lived a man who was very rich but a miser. He had a lot of money but did not like spending it on anyone. One day, he was very sad because the ants had added sugar to his bowl. Therefore, he thought of drying the sugar in the sun to drive away from the ants. They put the sugar in a pile on a large paper and put it in the sun. But he was worried that his friend, Subba Shastri, could come and eat sugar, so he sat next to him.

Subba Shastri asked the rich man why he looked so upset. The rich man replied that he was suffering a lot. Subba Shastri then asked him what he was drying and the rich man replied that the water had fallen into some mud in his garden so he was drying it. Just then, Subba Shastri's son came towards the porch shouting, our cow is dead! Our cow is dead! 'Subba Shastri pretended to be grieving, and as was the practice, picked up a handful of soil which was actually sugar and put it in his mouth. He raised another fist and put it in his son's mouth. The rich man was shocked to see this. He shouted, 'This is not mud! Do not eat it. 'Is it sugar?' Shastri replied, 'No, you told me that it is mud. It also tastes like mud. "He kept eating until all the sugar was over. The unhappy rich man was unhappy and sad at the loss of his sugar.
