Hi Friends in this post, I am explaining A Triumph of Surgery Summary. Mr. Pumphrey was a wealthy and emotional woman who had a Tricky Cut Dog. She loved him so much that she always overfed him. As a result, Tricki had gained a lot of weight and therefore became lethargic. When Doctor Herriot saw the fat, he was shocked. Then he made a plan and told Mrs. Pumphrey that Tricki had to undergo treatment for the disease in the hospital.

James Alfred Wight is popular under the name James Herriot, and he was also a British veterinarian and writer. He wrote this story A triumph of surgery. The story begins when Mrs. Pumphrey, a wealthy woman, takes her dog Tricky for a walk outside. A nearby veterinarian saw the dog and is in shock as the dog looks like a puffy sausage with a paw on each end. Then he advised her to stop giving him a diet. But Ms. Pumphrey is unable to refuse the dog. Soon Tricky fell ill and the doctor was called.
The narrator, Mr. Herriot, takes Tricki to his hospital for treatment, even knowing that Ms. Pumphrey will never leave the dog. He took the dog away and put a bed for him in his closet. For two days, the dog did not move much and did not eat anything. On the third day he wanted to go out and there he started to play with the bigger dogs. He also licked the bowls of other dogs to eat the rest of the food.
Her condition began to improve rapidly. In addition, he began to fight over his meals with other dogs. After hearing this news, Ms. Pumphrey began sending eggs to the hospital as she believed Tricki needed energy food after she recovered. But Mr. Herriot and his partners started eating these eggs for breakfast.

Then Mrs. Pumphrey said she could never thank him for all this wonder. And she said her operation was successful since Tricki was now cured.
